It starts so small, but has an endless array of possibilities. Just as seeds hold so much promise, so too does an idea a friend has planted.
Children and gardening have filled my days for nearly two years now. I enjoy having the little guy in the garden with me and watching him discover plants, animals and bugs. As he grows, I think of different ways of helping him experience the garden. Knowing this, my friend recently suggested I make my passion for gardening with children a business. A new adventure? An opportunity for a new career, perhaps? The possibilities are endless ...

Yes, I think that sounds a very good idea. I look forward to reading where you go with it.
what an exciting idea - it would be like a playgroup with a garden emphasis. Maybe they could pick and prepare their (salad) lunch. And you would be working and not needing child care for your child. good luck, i look forward like EB to what happens with the idea.
good idea...have lots of fun with that!
Yes, possibilities are endless. Things happen when we open ourselves to such challenges and adventures, and it's funny how much gardening is a part of opening ourselves.
Awesome! Always a plus to have your work be what you love best. Seems like a perfect fit for you - can't wait to hear more about it!
EB: The gears haven't stopped turning since I started thinking about it. Need to get focused and establish a plan.
catmint: Exactly! I like the salad picking idea, too! My list grows longer and longer.
Tootsie: Thanks. I'll have fun for sure, let's just hope it's successful!
Jodi: So true. Life is so much better when you have a garden.
Karen: Thanks. Kind of scary going out on a limb but it will be an adventure I can at least say I tried!
