I agree, the whites are very welcome among pink, purple, red intense colors. I am curious how your corn will grow. I tried just once and those several plants were so puny that I never planted it again. I tried corn for the first time this year, and my son and I shared the first ear the other day. It was so delicious. Heat has really hit AZ though now, and the rest of the ears are pretty small.
